Your Guide to Getting Started with Fpweb.net
Welcome! We try to make your payment experience with Fpweb.net as painless as possible. There are several convenient options for getting your bill paid. Whether you’re a check writer, a credit card customer or prefer electronic payment, we’ve got you covered.
This complete account overview helps you set up your customer portal and answers questions about billing. But, if you’d like the verbose and maybe somewhat unnecessary (but possibly more fun!) version, by all means, keep reading.
FOR CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS
If you’re a credit card customer, we keep your info securely on file. Your listed billing contact can log into the customer portal and update that info at any time. Why would you want to do that? Well, you know that nowadays, almost weekly, there is news of a new security breach in the credit card world so new cards are issued before the expiration date. Or maybe your company is moving to corporate issued cards and you don’t have to use your personal card anymore (Woohoo! No more reimbursement reports!). Plus, every few years your card expires anyway, so expiration dates need to be updated. When you get that new credit card, don’t forget to log in and update that in your billing information.
FOR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via check, ACH or wire transfer. If you need the details for any of these methods, look no further than the customer portal – it’s all there. If you receive an invoice due, make sure we have your correct location and complete mailing address including your billing contact – trust me when I say that your Accounts Payable people like to get the bills in a timely manner. People change jobs, email addresses and businesses locations (who doesn’t love getting a brand new space?). When things go to the right place and the right person the first time, things run more smoothly.
CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Do you need to make other changes to your account? Like adjusting your billing frequency or method of payment? Do you have questions about when your bill is due? Would you rather receive your paid credit card invoice via email? Do you need a copy of past billings or an account reconciliation? These are requests you can make though your customer portal as well.
ACCOUNT GRACE PERIODS
We understand that things can change or fall through the cracks. When a payment goes delinquent or is declined, we let you know about it right away so it can be addressed. There’s a grace period in place to get things straightened out so there’s no interruption in service and we’re willing to work with you get your account back in good standing.
